Located at The Three Palms building, the dining room is under the direction and supervision of the French trained Executive Chef Roberto Ibgui.

Chef Ibgui offers a menu featuring specialty seasonal cuisine of daily specials and classic favorites. There are enticing food options. A particular highlight East Ridge diners enjoy are the chef’s special homemade soups. Since so much preparation goes into soup making, his soups have gained quite a reputation and are a delicious way to begin any meal. Guests are often told to be sure to, “Try the soup”.
There are always daily entrees as well as an “always available menu” that many residents select from for both dining-in and also as take-home foods from the Peacock Cafe. The chef focuses on creating a restaurant-like and country club experience for residents. A courteous, familiar staff greets and serves diners and quickly learns residents by name and their dining preferences. There’s a convivial atmosphere that is perfect for socializing.
Chef Ibgui feels it’s important that the food presentation appeals to the senses and emphasizes flavor, texture, aroma and color in every entrée that is served at East Ridge.
