With this contract, you pay a one-time entrance fee (based on the residence you choose and the number of people living there) and a monthly service fee, which covers your residence, services, and access to a full continuum of care at little to no increase in cost compared to independent living rates.
If you ever need assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing or rehabilitation, you’ll receive that care right here at Three Palms Health Center, at predictable costs.
