Not only will you provide someone with the opportunity for a happier, healthier lifestyle – you will be rewarded, too. Make a referral to East Ridge at Cutler Bay and we’ll express our gratitude in a variety of ways.
Resident Referral Program
Know someone who would love living at East Ridge at Cutler Bay? Refer someone who moves into East Ridge and receive a $3,000 credit towards your monthly service fee – $1,500 when they move in and $1,500 after six months of residency.
Realtor Referral Program
Bring your client for a community tour and register with our sales team. When the client moves in, you will receive a $1,000 referral fee (not applicable for respite care or skilled nursing care). Your client must not have a preexisting relationship or be in our current database of leads. We guarantee protection and assign the lead in the Realtor’s name for six months after registering them. Rewards are contingent on LifeCare contracts or on a binding one-year rental lease of a residence or an assisted living or memory support residence in Three Palms Health Center.
Associate Referral Program
Refer someone who moves into East Ridge at Cutler Bay and receive a $1,000 bonus. Associates will receive $1,000 after the resident has lived at East Ridge at Cutler Bay for 30 days. Note:
- If more than one Associate submits the same referral, the earliest submittal will be eligible for the award.
- This is based upon the unit and not the number of people residing in it.
- This does not apply to respite stays.
